Juicy Couture was founded in Los Angeles in 1997 and became famous for its velour tracksuits that dominated the early 2000s: zip-up hoodies, low-rise pants, and flashy logos, worn by celebrities and it-girls. In addition to tracksuits, the brand's offerings include clothing, bags, shoes, and perfumes (most notably, Viva La Juicy). Today, the brand develops capsule collections and relaunches that update Y2K codes with current palettes and heritage logos.
Since 2013, Authentic Brands Group (ABG) has managed Juicy Couture under a global license, supporting expansion and categories such as handbags and accessories. In Europe, the official website and e-shops feature velour/PU handbag lines and logo-emblazoned totes.
