- When will my order be shipped?
Orders duly completed by 1pm will be processed during the day, otherwise within the following 24 working hours ; orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be handled the following Monday.
- Which courier do you use for shipments?
Shipments will be delivered via the express courier service DHL+ Espress, Bartolini or Fedex International experss
- What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (only on request)
Cash on delivery (only on request, only on the Italian market).
- What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are affected by the destination areas of the products.
In Italy delivery is approximately expected by 1/2 working days .
In Europe delivery is approximately expected by 4/5 working days.
In the rest of the world delivery is approximately expected by 5/7 working days .
- How long do I have for returns, is it free?
In Italy returns are not always free, in Europe it is not free, consult our Return and Refund Policy page. For non-EEC countries, duties and other regularly documented expenses may also be charged in addition to transport costs.
